[ ORDER PLACEMENT ]
Orders are final upon placement. As our items are meticulously handmade to order, cancellations during production lead to material wastage. Please ensure your decision to purchase before placing an order.
[ PROCESSING TIME ]
Kindly note the processing time specified in the item descriptions. We appreciate your patience and adherence to the given timeframe.
[ EXCHANGES ]
Exchanges or changes to orders are at the discretion of the designer. Please contact us at paradisiac.info@gmail.com for inquiries regarding order modifications.
[ INCORRECT ADDRESS PROVISION ]
PARADISIAC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please ensure that the shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
[ SHIPPING ERRORS ]
PARADISIAC is not liable for shipping errors made by USPS or other mail service providers. In cases of lost or stolen packages while in their care, the designer may provide a replacement order at their discretion. Additional shipping and/or material fees may apply. [ CUSTOMS + DUTIES ]
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred upon delivery. PARADISIAC is not liable for any additional charges imposed by customs authorities.
[ DAMAGED ITEMS ]
Returns are accepted only if items are damaged within the packaging. Proof is required for such instances. Please reach out to paradisiac.info@gmail.com for inquiries regarding damaged items. Upon assessment and confirmation of damage by the designer, we will assist you with the return process before issuing a refund. Only items unworn and  unmarked will be accepted. Product must still have original tags.
[ SIZING ] 
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size and fit for their garments. Please refer to our size guide and reach out to us at paradisiac.info@gmail.com for any sizing inquiries before placing your order. If you believe you have been sent the wrong size or would like a different size, please refer to the Exchange Policy above.
[ COLOR DISCREPENCY ]
Please note that colors may appear slightly different in person due to variations in monitor settings and lighting conditions. We strive to accurately represent our products through photos and descriptions, but slight color discrepancies may occur.
[ LIMITED LIABILITY ]
PARADISIAC's liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
[ FORCE MAJEURE ]
In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, possible package contamination from illness, or other unforeseen events, PARADISIAC reserves the right to extend processing times or delay shipments. We will communicate any such delays to affected customers promptly.
